+JAKE TROTH
In the world of Savannah, Georgia, I'm a bit late with this feature. Either way, I need to share this with all of you because it's a pure necessity.
Jake has become one of my good friends here at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I'm fortunate enough to be surrounded and influenced by such talented individuals here at SCAD. When I first met Jake, it was evident we shared a similar drive for creative determination and knowledge. With the release of his latest audio masterpiece, it's quite obvious that he's on the right path. Jake is also a member of PREMIERE, a creative and virtual creative powerhouse that will be releasing some great material within the next few years to come. Peep the new mixtape, Daydream Big!

+2020 Minneapolis Olympics
Some of you may have seen one of my latest publications dealing with the upcoming 2020 Olympic Games. Minneapolis, my hometown, is currently up for bid - and I think it'd be dope to say the least.
Legislation has been introduced in the Minnesota Legislature to create a task force to explore a 2020 Olympic bid for Minneapolis. The city's past Olympic bid history included unsuccessful bids in 1932, 1948, 1952 (when the city finished second to Helsinki to host the Summer Games), and 1956. The city also finished second to Atlanta as the U.S. bid city for the 1996 Summer Olympics. TCF Bank Stadium is expandable to 80,000 seats and will serve as Minneapolis' Olympic Stadium.
This particular project brief was created as promotional material for the 2020 Olympic Bid in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Included are a description of Minnesota's history, agricultural, nature, and pages such as concepts, main logo, reduction, reversed out, color, and promotional postcards.
Also, a few weeks ago I was informed that my branding had made it into the newspaper! Thanks to Thomas R Spargo it was forwarded to the Minnesota newspaper and used in the ARTICLE. Be sure to check out the facebook group and show some support for this upcoming bid.

Thanks for looking.

+BIG UPS TO WHYNATTE
Earlier last week I was graced with a heavy package hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. At first I was confused a bit as to why this package is at my front door, but upon opening it - it all made sense.
Whynatte Latte is a beverage company from Atlanta, GA created from the ground up. The guys at Whynatte not only produce amazingly smooth latte, but they also have an appreciation for creativity and the arts. This is evident by visiting their blog and/or website. Anyways, one of my good friends, Zeshan Muhammedi, informed me that I was in the spotlight on their latest blog post. They had some really kind things to say, so definitely go check out one of the fastest growing beverage companies to hit the streets.
"Turning now from SCAD graduates to those that currently matriculate, I would like to draw your attention to a youngster by the name of Taylor C. Pemberton. If I was still in the business of underground college student trafficking, I can't even begin to imagine what kind of price a kid like this could fetch. He'd be at least as valuable as that Ukranian violinist I sold back in '06.
Take a minute to check out some of Taylor's design work at: Royal T
No doubt he will be working for a big company in effort to use slick design to mold the brains of his fellow youth in no time."
Thanks Whynatte!
